What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the products you bought. When you contact us or subscribe to emails: the details you give us. When you browse: technical data such as your browser and pages visited, and only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your messages, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. With your consent we also use it to send newsletters and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our fulfilment and delivery partners (name, address and phone, to ship your parcel), our email provider (order emails and newsletters) and our hosting providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (cart, age confirmation, language) are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you allow them; you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
