Changed your mind? Here is what you can do and when.
Before your order ships
Orders are sent for packing shortly after payment, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
After your order ships
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return unopened items under our Refund Policy.
Changing an order
To change a delivery address or product, contact us before dispatch. If the order has already been sent to our fulfilment partner, we may need to cancel it and ask you to order again.
Orders we cancel
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud or a buyer under 18. In that case you receive a full refund.
